Bad customer service

Absolutely horrible customer experience from Ricardo Bains. After raising his voice to me and me asking to speak to a supervisor. I get told you will not be speaking to a supervisor continuously as im trying to talk and then eventually puts the phone down in my ear and then when i try to return call they put the phone down or refuse to answer
