Don't Use Sonic Wifi!!!
In our many attempts to fix the problem of our packet loss and latency during game play, our many efforts of driving to the company itself and dealing with the staff, the head office etc. The problem still persists, we have a 4 mbps Uncapped, unshaped line and with one person on the internet alone we receive latency of over 600ms, all of us being gamers this is obviously unacceptable, with a packet loss percentage of 25%, which is \normal\" to them, I would just advise people to stay away from them. Not Sonic Wireless but Sonic WIFI Which can be found in the Overstrand district."

27 Oct 2021, 23:17Your response is as slow as your internet, but I just would like to point out the issues I had before.
600ms latency ( Ping (latency is the technically more correct term) means the time it takes for a small data set to be transmitted from your device to a server on the Internet and back to your device again. The ping time is measured in milliseconds (ms). )
25% packet loss ( When accessing the internet or any network, small units of data called packets are sent and received. When one or more of these packets fails to reach its intended destination, this is called packet loss. )
Bad customer service ( "poor customer service" would indicate service that doesn't meet the customer's needs or wants. That's bad news for the company, because dealing with repeat customers is easier and more cost-effective than finding new customers. Bad customer service drives customers away )
