Your customer service is trash

On Friday night while I was trying to work. To you know, EARN A LIVING, Sonic Telecoms had issues. My devices could not connect. If they managed to connect there was no internet.

I contacted support for assistance and received a response from Jody Davids the following day that boiled down to "ok but it's working now I don't see an issue". No explanation.

I asked why. My question is ignored and the case closed.

Only received a response from someone else today that actually answered my question.

If it wasn't for the fact that I've already paid R3500 for a satellite, I'd move to a different provider.
