Worse Service Provider. SEcond only to Telkom

I have no words for how **** this Network provider is. In our area (Robinvale, Atlantis) there are not much network options so Herotel Sonic has monopoly but nor for long. They advertise great speeds and I pay R499.00 a month for a 10MB Fusion Fibre connection but 80% of the month for the past year I average less than 5mb. Almost Every night I cannot even get 1mb. At this very moment typing my speed test reveals I am on a 0.07mb. I am so relieved I would not have to deal with these ****** for much longer as our whole area is being dug up so that WebAfrica can provide fibre in the next few months and most people will move over as a lot of us started a whats app group and the connection issues are the same. Some people don't even get connection at all at night sometimes. Their advertising is simply B&^%$@#!@
