Useless Zerotel

What a useless ISP. In a small district in the Eastern Cape there were 3 independent ISPs who each operated and functioned 100% on their own. Then Herotel comes along and buys the smaller guys out to put them under their banner. And since then, all these ISPs have gone to s*&t. You call Herotel to pay R2250 upfront and arrange for installation, then you wait 2 weeks and when they finally send technicians to come and instal your wifi, they send technicians from an ISP who have no access or allowance to connect you to the closest tower because it belongs to the other ISP (Who is also under the Herotel banner!!!!) Get your **** together people! I have given notice on my office space that i was renting because I was going to have wifi at home. And now!?? Is Zerotel going to pay for my mobile data until this gets resolved!!??? Fix it!!!!
