Unsatisfactory service

At first everything was fine, but now I'm not getting my money's worth. Upload and download speed every slow even before this Corona epidemic hit us. Wifi goes off with no communication at all as to why it is happening. I haven't even been with them for a year and already I'm thinking of cancelling my contract with them. Very unhappy about the service!
