The worst internet provider in the country?

I have had problems with Sonic from day one. The worst service, support and most importantly constant poor internet connection at a much higher rate then their competitors. Here's the best part! It's a month to month contract where I had the modem already and octotel laid the fibre they still want to charge me a ludicrous cancelation fee. Do yourself a favor. If you value your patience and need to work from home or even browse the internet on more then one device, STAY AWAY!
