We always get the speed we pay for. If there is a issue Herotel Sonic responds quickly, friendly and efficient. If the problem can not be solved on the phone a technician comes out. This can take a few days but then things are sorted. Herotel Sonic always keeps us updated on the issue and immediately generate a ticket.
