Terrible ISP

Terrible service, terrible internet speeds. Avoid.

A terrible service where are paying 1800 Rand a month for a 20mbps service. We never receive more than 2-3mbps, often less and sometimes nothing at all (particularly at evening during peak hours). All attempts at requesting service to fix result in no difference to the quality of service. Any request for compensation is completely ignored and often you are passed around between individuals with no idea how to fix the problem. No offer to come to house and attempt to fix, always online or over the phone "we have adjusted this and that and your service should be working". It is never fixed. Do not be fooled with any promise of help, they are terrible and your internet service will never improve. I think in our area they are trying to fleece as many customers as possible for as much money as possible before FTTH comes online and people can then dump Sonic.
