STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!

I am sick of the service I'm getting from this company. Paying for 10mbps uncapped Wi-Fi, but getting less than 1mbps download speed. I cannot do my work and my kids cannot stream their shows. I pay Herotel Sonic Telecoms for a 10mbps line every month and in return I get below 1mbps and bad service. I want to cancel and report these ****s.
