SONIC TELLECOMS ARE ***** MINIPULATIVE *****

This is a service provider no one should even think about considering... They first ******* me into a contract saying it is a month to month. YET IT IS NOT. They will suspend your service and still charge you the monthly fee. I thought by taking the most expensive package will give our family the best service it’s even worse. The people you get on line treats you like **** as if they doing you a favour. That’s if you get hold of them. The technicians I must say they were okay, they tried at-least. But the rest don’t know customer service. I pay R714 for a 5meg line yes a 5meg line how pathetic and no one is the to advise better although they have other packages. Now at this moment I can’t even send a video on Whatsup. Every weekend the service is down and we have a smart tv and wireless devices and I work from home now just imagine the implications. I am having to hotspot from my phone to have internet. This is utterly pathetic. How do you guys sleep at knowing you robbing people. I wish I could post a speed test, this is not even running a 5meg line. I used the whatsup no but no response besides an automotive response. Sonic Telecoms is robbing people. The worst is they will not even give you a discount for this extreme poor service. Yet just pay a R14 short then they will disconnect your service how convenient. We are sitting with this for weeks and was not even a call from their side. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!
