Sonic Telecoms will **** you
I live 50-60 meters from Sonic Telecoms high site tower and In reality to the technology of the science I am that a distance where I am supposed to be receiving perfect internet service reception.
My mental health condition is at an all time low because of Sonic Telecoms. I’ve personally to staff about my mental illness. Which is BPD and that I wished not to be stressed out. I have
I am now self harming myself and I have been suicidal for the past week. I’ve alerted them by email and I’ve personally told the CEO over the phone about my current mental state. It’s been days now and he had not bothered to contact me again as he promised he would. Not evens a phone to ask how I’m doing?
My mental health has dropped of the weeks of trying for them to fix the problem. Which I’ve pointed out to them. One of their technical support guys in the office and two teams from their site technical support teams that visited my house to find the problem. Whom all agreed with me that the problems I’m having looks like a high site issue. Yet Sonic Telecoms management with their CEO refuses to investigate and fix the high site. Which the main reason I’ve requested Weeks ago.
Sonic don’t give a damn about my health or my life. Evens when you are faced by death

07 Sept 2019, 19:03There has been no sit down or any sort of discussions between me and Sonic Telecoms to lead to that my contract to be terminated. Yes I’ve read some of the laws to my rights. I have also reached out to the property authorities that will investigate the matter as soon as my contract is terminated. As things stands Sonic don’t care about the laws that has been set in place it’s protect Customers. They essentially don’t care about customers with mental and health conditions.
Evens when I told your CEO the other day I’m suicidal and started self harming myself. He never asked if there was anything he could do to help calm me or support me with. He just promised to contact me later. But he never did. My mental health status is a direct result of Sonic Telecoms refusing to do what I asked them to do.
But thanks for saying it publicly that my contract will be terminated in 30 days. Which gives me a couple of extra more days to when the email said it would be terminated. So I will count 30 days down from this time and day.
My family and friends, plus all their family and friends all are standing by to support me. So should my mental health take a more ugly turn. They promised to take to every platform to expose Sonic Telecoms for negligence and intentionally doing harm to me.
I do not and did not agree to have my contract to be terminated. Your refund means nothing to the mental health damages that you’ve done. So If you need letters from a doctor and my psychologist. I will provide it willing.
