SONIC TELECOMS IS PATHETIC....

POOR AND PATHETIC ..... These guys have no idea what customer service or after sales service is. Im paying them R1399.00 per month for fixed 1mb wireless uncapped line. Always reaching way below the speed I should be getting. I cant work preoperly from home and my kids cant download their work for school during lockdown. After wasting tons of money on airtime calling their support centre, countless e-mails still the same story. Ive even written an email to the sales rep that sold me the contract and the sale manager and copied the support manager and not ONE of the rep****. Its disgusting and I think they are pathetic. I would like to know what steps can be taken as I feel that for the last year they have just taken my money without providing the service.
