Sonic Telecoms Horrible service

Contacted the company on Wednesday, logged my complaint they got back to me. Issue not fixed at all and was told they would get back to me the next day(Thursday). I'm still yet to receive a call from anybody with my wifi issue, I work from home and I'm on 24 hour call. I'm paying for a 10meg line but if I get 2megs I'm lucky. This is really horriible service and with me needing to be online I cannot accept this.

When you don't pay they cut your line and hound you for their money but when there's an issue they can hardly say hello on the phone to sort the issue out.

Horrible horrible service!!!!!
