Sonic Telecoms : Advice to potential customers

This has to be the worst ISP in SA. During my 12 month contract I've received the speed I pay for 50% of the time. Currently receiving 20% of the speed. I've literally been ****** of my money and would just like to advise anyone against them.

I understand they're a business providing a service and employing people but seriously I've had it bad. Countless outages which last a good couple of hours. Their support line takes forever to respond and I've logged numerous calls. Still the issue is unresolved and they couldn't even bother escalating my case to a more senior staff member even though the same issue persists for more than 2 weeks.

So glad my contracts coming to an end. What a waste of money.
