<p>I experienced the worst kind of service with Sonic telecoms. They don't return phone calls. It's a mission to get them on side. They are ridiculous. I don't recommend them.</p>

My sincere apologies for the late response, I cannot imagine how upsetting it must have been to have to wait for your issue to be resolved.
This is no more acceptable to me than it was to you! I would like to get to the bottom of this as soon as I can.
So if possible, would you kindly forward an email to our *** email address so that I may investigate this and resolve the issue if this has not been resolved yet.
