Sonic sucks
It’s been 6 days now that I’ve been waiting on Sonic Telecoms to have my internet fixed. They keep on sending me emails saying that my internet is working fine. Even after I’ve sent screenshots to a couple of their technical support team members. A couple of hours ago one of there consultants gave me a call and promised to call right back to give me more details. As I demanded they send out a technician to my premises. More than 4 hour later I still have not gotten any replies. This has got to be the worst Telecommunications company in South Africa
