Slow Internet speeds

I have lost all faith in Sonic Telecoms. I have been calling the technical department almost twice a week for the past 5 weeks and up to today there has been no resolution to my query which is related to slow internet speeds. I have taken out a 20mb package and on a good day if I'm lucky i get about 6-7mb. If im talking about average speed we looking at 3-4mb. The ping sits at 300+. This is rather frustrating each time i call these guys they try to avoid me by telling me they will check on their side and they will follow up with a call. I am still waiting on this call. I am searching for a alternative internet provider as these guys are ******.

Please guys if you are looking for an internet service provider i would NOT recommend SONIC TELECOMS.
