Shocking

Since using this company I regularly have network issues. They advertise one thing and you get another. I pay R499.00 for a 10MB line and 90% of the time I get an average speed of 5mb. Not to mention the times I am lucky if I get 2mb. When you complain they give you technical jargon from usage policy to maxing out your 15Mbps link. They should tell consumers all this before signing you up under false pretenses and its enticing advertising and sarcastic responses when ones complains.
