**** service! **** speeds!!!
I'm paying for a service that should be giving me download speeds of upto 10mbps and upload speeds of upto 3mbps. Instead my speeds average at about 1mbps download and 0.3mbps upload. The sad part is I'm sending emails concerning my ordeal to the technical department and I haven't received a single reply. When I call them and I eventually get through after being on hold for God knows how long, all they tell me is we having technical issues and it will be sorted out shortly. So these technical issues are everyday? 24hours a day, 7days a week? Utter bull**** I'd say!! I can't wait for my contract to be done!!! I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone!
