Poor Service Sonic Telecoms (Herotel)

Absolute disgusted in the services i am receiving from Sonic Telecoms. I logged a call with them last week about me internet speed that is being throttled at 5 Mbps. I have a 20Mbps/s contract with Sonic for more than 6 years because i had no other options as their was no fibre connectivity in my area. The Service with Sonic went down for the last year. Up to now there was no reply from Sonic about my call that i logged and i am still being throttled 5 Mbps. I phoned there suppprt number and was put in a queue where there was nobody infront of me no answer i did this form more 90 minutes tonight and if you dont believe try calling their support line ***. I wish Fibre can go live in my area so that i can drop Sonic as a service provider. Steven
