Poor Service Delivery

I have been with Sonic Telecoms, also known as Herotel, for the past couple of months. I must say that I am disappointed in their service delivery, especially on the West Coast. I have been experiencing frequent disruptions with service temporarily being suspended owing to issues with their network. This is truly a problem especially if you have to do office work from home. I have also experienced that the speed I pay for is constantly less and I have to call them every time to fix the problem. I have friends with other service providers and they don't experience downtime on service like I do.

Sonic Telecoms, Herotel, pull up your socks. It's not always about beating prices, but also service delivery. If you can find a balance between the 2, you will be successful, but for now, if I could get out of the contract I signed with you and have to pay more for better service, I will do it faster than the Thanos or Iron Man snap
