Poor service all around.

The service has been pathetic from word go. Their support consultants get annoyed with you on the phone & are totally inefficient. Their fibre is not accessible during load-shedding even if you have a generator that powers up the modem & fibre box. Wish there were other ISPS in our complex because it's totally shocking that we are forced to use this company if we want fibre. We work from home & now have a loss of income because of not having the wifi we PAY for.
