Poor ISP, stay away

Please people, stay away from them at all cost, the service used to be good but since Herotel officially took over a couple of months ago the service has been getting worse on a daily basis.

I have multiple outages a week, my account speed has been changed for no reason a couple of times, when you complain they "fix" the setting.

This month I have had more than 40 hours of internet outages, that is lost revenue that I can not get back. You hardly receive any feedback when they close your call, most of the time it just get closed, a lot of time without a full resolution.

Please, stay away, they don't care about their service or their clients
