Poor Business Practices

I inquired if Sonic can provide network access to myself and some of my colleagues as well as Neighbors and received quotations 2 weeks ago. I then spoke very positively to these people about Sonic's Customer Care as we use them for our business and many people I know use this provider but today we received increased costs. Its very sad that these practices are happening during such challenging times when in fact more and more people are going to be working from home and this should boost their client base and as a result increase their income immensely. The costing on their website also does not match the docs they send you to complete. Almost all network providers are offering free installation on 24 month contracts and offering free modems where they do not. People please be very careful and read the fine print as I have written proof of this. Their advertising is misleading and enticing.
