Pathetic service and always having down time

Sonic is honestly the worst. For the past few months now we have been receiving endless problems, from slow connect to no connectivity at all. Every month they debit their money but continue to give poor service. This is totally unacceptable as we work from home but cannot fully work as we have interruptions basically every single day. I am fed up and really feel they should step up or shut down.
