Pathetic network

Been with sonic for a while now and can tell you their internet is pathetic and when ever I complain they have the same excuse "busy with maintenance" paying for a 20mbps line and constantly getting 1 or 2 mbps absolutely disappointing ********** network please avoid at all cost.
