Not worth the cost

In my one year of dealing with Herotel/ Sonic Telecoms I have experienced an average internet offering at a inflated price, numerous service disruptions with the most recent lasting several days with no feedback, not so much as a phone call or email from them. Avoid if you are looking for reliable service.
