Non stop problems, Technical support useless
A worse ISP than Telkom? Maybe so. Ever since my wireless installation I've been having non stop issues with them. Ranging from my antenna falling off the roof (due to the installation team not using the correct mounting bracket) to constant intermittent connectivity issues.
For months I've been fighting with their technical support department in order to sort out my connectivity problems and every support technician assured me that they're "monitoring the connection" or some other excuse their solutions never seem to work for more than 2 days.
At the moment I'm paying for a 10Mb/2Mb line but I'm getting less than 1Mb in either direction. WHAT CAN I DO WITH LESS THAN 1Mb/s connection SONIC??
If this issue is not sorted out within the next two days I will be canceling my contract with them. This type of service is unacceptable to a paying customer.
