Non Existent Service and Terrible Core Offering

Do not, please please, do not sign up with this company. They truly are absolutely terrible. Even if you just look through this site you'll see they don't even reply here like most companies. There is never any attempt to sort out issues anymore. We have with them for almost 4 years but the last 6 months have been absolute hell. Our fibre connection drops at least 2-3 times a week for hours on end. When this happens you can't get a hold of support via email or call. Literally the calls just say extension unavailable. If you manage to get through some person will either say the line is bad and ask you to call back or say they need to investigate and then take hours to get back to you. They also often blame the fibre providers however my neighbour is with the same fibre provider and never has issues. This company has truly gone to the dumps. Stay away.
