No Internet and unauthorized debit order

We have been loyal customers for 2 years, despite the interrupted service even though they are paid Vai EFT timeously. Since Herotel took over Sonic the service has been pathetic, and now in addition we have been told me that my account will be debited, without my authorization , just wondering how they plan on obtaining my banking information.
