No Connection Again

I have been having issues with my internet connection for the past week now. My connection have been off for a few nights now. Whenever i call, the line is busy and at 10pm the lines are off. I am paying for a service which i expect to be delivered in full because i pay my account in full every month. I have been very patient with Sonic and this is not the first time that i have had issues. If this continues and the service i pay for is not privided, i will be forced to use a different internet service provider. If someone can please contact me regarding this i would highly appreciate it
