Herotel Sonic Telecoms - Worst service ever

If you have a contract with Herotel Sonic Telecoms do yourself a favour and cancel it immediately. Never have I received such bad service (and this in a country like South Africa says a lot). My internet have been down since Wednesday evening. After about 10 phone calls and numerous emails from my side during the last 40 hours I have received only lies, excuses & over promises that the matter will be resolved.

I have read so many reviews about their bad service, my service was transfered to them as they bought over the company that I signed up with years ago. I can now honestly say every single review read was the truth, the service is that bad.

I have family that are also customers of Herotel Sonic Telecoms, I will now make it my mission to assist them to cancel their contracts and move to a different service provider.
