DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I'm honestly so over Sonic Telecoms, We are more offline than online ! Pay for a full months service only to get maybe half the month coverage ! I'm so over it honestly! When you call in or email or use their pathetic what's app service, they get back to you 10 hours later only to tell you there is nothing wrong on their side, mean while it happened the night before where we had little to no connection ! They always have excuses and never any solutions ! I have sent numerous emails with regards to bad connection! Can't even work with their unstable connection !

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR AMAZING NETWORK IN CAPE TOWN, READ COMMENTS AND REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE YOU EVER SIGN UP WITH THEM, they amazing in the beginning and then BOOM after first payment your internet is trash with little to no service from them.
