Did a online order on the 30th of December 2019 (order: 32211) and and i am still waiting for them to contact me
Did a online order on the 30th of December 2019 (order: 32211). I was then sent documents to fill in the next day which i filled in and sent back to them. I then never heard from them again. I sent them 3 email, communicated via Facebook but the only response i got was that someone will contact me shortly yet i have not been contacted. Im not even a client yet and this is the extremely BAD service im getting.

We apologise sincerely. We were operating on skeleton staff but are happy to advise that we are back up and running since the 7nth
