****************!! Stay far away!!

I am disgusted by this company!!! They take my money every month but i'm barely getting 1/3 of what i'm paying for. After numerous phone calls and emails i still havent gotten any satisfaction. All that they say everytime is that everything is fine on their side but yet i'm regulary getting 3mbps on my side and i'm paying for 15mbps. I have asked the support staff to please escalate my complaints to management or give me contact details of their managers but to no avail. I want to follow the formal complaint route so that i could report them to the telecommunications ombudsman. **************** at its best. I signed up in January and i'm ever sorry because i signed a 24 month contract. My buddy that actually recommended them to me is also having problems with his speeds now. My wife has to work from home and she finds it really difficult when having online meetings because she gets cut off regulary. I'm dik of this company now. stay away people unless you feel like getting ****** of your hard earned money!!!
