Complaint

Cant complain about their customer service....BECAUSE THERE ISNT ANY!!! Always some problem with internet connection....dropped connection for an entire day. Only (sometimes) get told via email after the fact..how we supposed to read an email without internet?????? Absolutely pathetic. Will definitely be dropping them ASAP!
