CLOSE THIS COMPANY DOWN!!!

Sonic Telecoms AKA Fusion AKA Herotel Sonic. Whichever one you encounter...STAY AWAY!! I have been subjected to their shocking service (if you can even call it that) for close on 3 years now and spent close to R40 000 for it. This does not include the "call out service", equipment, loss of earnings, time wastage and over-the-top price increases. I am forced to remain with them as there is no fixed fibre in our area and the only alternative is my other nemesis, Telkom. This company is a joke which is far from funny!
