Best service I've experienced in a LONG time!

<p>I have been struggling for a while to find a suitable internet solution where I live as I cannot get a Telkom landline due to poor building standards in the complex where I reside. I believe this is a rather common problem....</p> <p> </p> <p>As regular landline / ADSL was no longer an option, I started looking at wireless options which are a bit more pricey. Sonic Telecoms had one of the best deals going and also responded to my initial web based enquiry within minutes. I was told that it would take at least 7 working days for a tech team to come out and do a physical inspection to see whether my property is suitably situated to get a good enough signal and we could thereafter schedule the installation date. I accepted this but did ask them to please squeeze in an earlier appointment if there was an opening.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only did they get to my place in less than 7 working days (4 to be exact) but they also understood my urgency and did the inspection and installation in one go.</p> <p> </p> <p>Great, efficient and friendly service all around!
