Bad speed at Sonic Telecoms
I don't know how many time i've complained about my speed to Sonic telecoms help desk. I'm am paying for a 15Mbps line a, but most of the times i get from 1mbps to 6mbps. i've phone them too many time to mention then it will be right for while and revert back to the slow speeds. When i signed up the sales consultant said that they have a stable connection.
I must say i'm very unhappy with the service i'm getting. I wont recommend them.
