Bad service
I won't recommend this company to anybody,they have such bad service.I have a problem with them every month and there is problems that continues for weeks.They have a four hours turn around time,but they take a couple of days to really help with the problem.At this very present I have a problem with them and I reported this a couple of hours ago but still no help.I pay for a ten meg line but if I do a speed test it's less a 3 megs.Don't do the same mistake as I did,rather wait for telkom,Vodacom or MTN to put fibre in your area.

27 Mar 2020, 10:48From last nite until now absolutely nothing has been done to help me fix my internet speed connection problem.I just want the problem to be fixed but they can't even do that.Not a company that I wil recommend to anybody,not even my worse enemy.
