Bad Experience

I have been trying to get hold of Sonic Telecoms via their Support number ***. After 6+ minutes of waiting, the phone is disconnected.

Sonic Telecoms, please contact me - I have suffered slow internet the last few weeks. I have logged numerous support tickets - I am yet to receive a response to ANY of them.

I would like to cancel my contract, but I cant even get in contact telephonically.
