Poor customer service at Solomons Cycles, Springfield Durban

Absolutely pathetic service. Every promise made was not kept. I was offered a bike by Agmed, walk in to the shop and the bike is sold. I then talk to Reza the manager, makes promises to send quotes on a bike, still waiting to this day, 5 days later. Even after phone calls with Agmed again and again, and with a lady assistant, nothing materialises. Although prices are good, service is shocking. Rather pay the price and be happy with the service. I will never return, buy anything from them or visit that shop again
