Outstanding Service – Solomon’s Cycles Centurion
Outstanding Service – Solomon’s Cycles Centurion I have had nothing but excellent service from Solomon’s Cycles in Centurion, on Lenchen Avenue. A special mention must go to Khalida, who has always gone out of her way to assist me. After a bicycle crash, she informed me about a helmet replacement programme where I only had to pay a percentage towards a new helmet — something I wasn’t even aware of. Their after-sales service has also been exceptional\. On two separate occasions, I had faulty CamelBaks, and both were replaced without any fuss. On another occasion, my wife and I were cycling at Zwartkops Raceway when her bicycle packed up. The Solomon’s team happened to be at the track and actually took her bike back to their shop for us to have it sorted out. That sort of service really stands out. They have serviced our bicycles beautifully and always had them ready on time, sourced parts when I needed them, and also assisted me with an insurance claim which was handled and honoured professionally. And I certainly can’t leave out the fishing side of the shop and Firouz. The same excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service carries through there as well\. It’s rare to find a shop where you consistently receive this level of service\. There are always friendly, happy faces, people willing to help, and you genuinely feel welcome every time you walk through the door. It is an absolute pleasure dealing with Solomon’s Cycles Centurion, and I can highly recommend them. Regards, Wayne

Excellent Service from Centurion branch
I had a great experience dealing with the team at Solomon Cycles Centurion. The staff overall are exceptionally helpful, but Naeem Ravat went completely above and beyond to sort me out. I came in looking for advice on my old bike rack, and Naeem took the time to assess it thoroughly and explain my options. He went out of his way to help—sharing his contact number so I could send through photos, and then coordinating directly with the third party on my behalf to get everything resolved seamlessly. Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable staff, and true willingness to solve a problem rather than just push a sale. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service from Centurion branch

Solomons, worst cycle shop in SA - AVOID!
2 Orders, both disasters. I waited almost a month for the first one, gave up and forgot about it. I tried again. 3 days later I get called saying items not in stock then unfortunately they use Bob Go and RAM couriers which unfortunately is the worst Courier services in SA. Rude employee, obviously don't need the business judging by his **** attitude. Pay back my money. Order SC#12290

Solomons cycle poor service!!!
Bought a bicycle online for my son on 08 Jan 2026. Item was never send, according to the manager they never received the online funds. I SEND THEM PEOOF OF PAYMENT AND BANK STATEMENTS FROM THE BANK!! Phoned the bank and they confirmed Solomons received the funds!! Phoned them several times,and only empty promises!! Will open a ***** case and file a complaint at ombudsman. They are wasting unnecessary time and effort This is extremely poor service!!
