No customer service ethics

Very rude manager who thinks he is on a power trip, poor attitude and no customer service ethics, manager shouted and demeaned me in front of all the customers when I complained of a issue with my bicycle repair.

Never have I ever experienced this at any other businesses.

Springfield Park, I suggest viewing camera footage if it has sound, happenend this morning around 9:30 - 10am.

Thanks, I spoke to him in very calm and mannered tone to explain my issue, unfortunately he responded very harshly, he was in a bad mood because I previously had an issue and Ashraf the owner called me to follow up, ever since that he was resentful to me because I chatted to Ashraf and he asked me why did I complain to Asheraf and not come to him first.
