Wrong Shoes

<p>I had a layby on two pairs of shoes so on August the 10th 2016 I settled my remaining balance nd collected my shoes, on my way back home at the taxi rank I decided to have a look at my new shoes just to confirm they were in good shape for I did not do so in the store. To my surprise one of the boxes was written "change to size 6", I'm a size six and the shoes I had with me were a size 5. I had to go back to the store and request for the correct size which I bought. One of the ladies who was helping me told me that on the day I placed the laybye, one shoe was a 5 and the other was a 6 so I fitted a 6. Because of that mistake she placed an order for me and the shoes were supposed to be delivered on August 11th. I told her I won't be in Mahikeng for I was traveling that same day and asked if she could check whether the solo stores in PTA or Klerksdorp had the same shoes (size 6) , she tried calling but had no luck so she asked me to leave the shoes behind along with my slip and send someone in the following day to collect the right shoes. I did leave behind the shoes and my slip, today I'm still waiting for my shoes. They have my contact details yet nobody bothers to update me on my shoes, I also gave out my cousins contact details so she's able to collect my shoes if they receive them.</p>
