Very bad service from the so called region manager of East Rand Mall who does not take customers seriously

I bought a shoe at Solo East Rand Mall 30th March I wore it once and it was cracking on the left side I then took it back in store before Easter, I was told that the area manager needs to make a decision they will call me when he comes to the store, I waited patiently and a week ago I was just passing by the store when their consultant called me to say that their region manager was in store and said that the shoe cracked due to my bad walking, I'm not even disabled and the fault is on the side not on the heal, I tried to contact their customer service which they kept on referring me to him, but he never picks up his calls. This region manager for East Rand Mall Solo store is very rude and does not now how to treat customers, in fact no one takes me seriously in this business. They do not care about customers at all the shoe was R799 and I only wore it once. I'm very disappointed in the entire store. It's very bad to support the business that does not value their customers.
