Unssatisfactiry

Last week Friday i went and lay byed a shoe at Sammy Marks branch.two days later i went and paid for the shoes , .The person i bought the shoes for does not want the shoes anymore.I went to Solo Shoes Midrand and i was told they are unable to assit me en store gave me a bad attitude.Im stuck with the shoes that i paid for en uable to wear.This isunacceptable as a consuner i have the right to return things im not satisfied with.This needs to be resolved before i take the matter to Consumer Protect Act
