Unsatisfactory service

I bought a pair of high heeled thigh high boots at SOLO SHOES VAALMALL VANDERBIJLPARK for R800 wore them for a day and lost both heel tips. I went back to the store to lodge a complaint and all they could tell me was that their till slip states that theres no guarantees on heel tips and that I must fix them myself. So I had to pay an extra R80 to have them fixed. What bothered me is the fact that they did not even try to give me new heel tips atleast, as one of the ladies who works there had initially said it might be a factory fault. This is the WORST service I've ever received at SOLO.
