they wont take my shoes back

<p>last year November i laybuyed shoes at Solo and i finished paying them in February. the shoes are beautiful and i coouldnt resist but lay byed them. when i 1st wore them i felt that they were not comfortable but i thought that maybe its because i was wearing them for the 1st time. After a month i wore them again AND THIS TIME the situation was more worse. i developed blisters not because the shoe doesnt fit but it is because the way the back of the shoe is done. i then spoke to the supervisor of the shop to tell her about my problem. she asked me to bring back the shoes the next day. when i took back the shoes i was told that they will not change the shoes for me because i dont have a slip. i told them to check the system because if the shoes were laybyed it means the information is there. After finding my name on the system they still refused to help me. the shoes were only worn twice and i believe that as a consumer i have the right to be refunded or to change any item that is not comfortable even if its worn. I ended up leaving the shoes with them cos i can.not buy something for R450.00 and still cant wear it. They are in possession of my shoes and its ok.</p>
